About Us
The Ally Engagement Program provides learning opportunities for university, school, and district leaders looking to transform their school environments to be antiracist, relevant, and responsive to BIPOC leaders, educators, and students. This program is specifically designed to support white leaders in traditional district and university structures on their journey to redefine how they can create and sustain more inclusive environments.
The Education EnCounter Program supports advanced BIPOC education leaders in school, district, education nonprofit, and higher education institutions. Grounded in our framework Liberation Pedagogy, the program provides a safe place to discuss identity-specific challenges, share and explore tools and resources, and chart a course for impact within an institutionaized racist education system.
