NWEW's bi-monthly virtual affinity salons provide a designated space for former and current Ally Engagement cohort members to come together and navigate collective issues related to achieving racial equity and justice in education. These 1-hour sessions foster cross-network learning, relationship-building, and resource sharing. Leaders will have a chance to connect, process shared experiences and struggles, and learn from each other.
These groups not only offer participants an opportunity to stay involved and continue their learning and growth but also to provide a network and platform for advocating for transformative change.
